  1. For Full Body Massage: Apply oil directly onto the skin and massage. Use more as needed.
  2. For Hot Stone Massage: Apply oil directly onto the skin and massage. DO NOT APPLY OIL ON STONES. Use more as needed.
  3. For Himalayan Salt Stone Massage: Apply oil directly onto the skin and massage. DO NOT APPLY OIL ON STONES. Use more as needed.
  4. For Cupping Massage: Apply oil directly onto the skin, apply cups and massage. Use more as needed.
  5. For Aromatherapy: Empty massage oil into a clean, dry container, add appropriate amounts of essential oils. Apply oil directly onto the skin and massage.
